Reporting to the executive and leading a small team, this role will be responsible for all aspects of people and culture across the organization.

- Managing day-to-day HR activities as well as strategic planning to reach organizational goals
- Developing talent management programs including performance management and succession planning
- Leading full cycle recruitment processes and facilitate onboarding and offboarding
- Coaching and mentoring the HR team
- Implementing and modifying HR policies and programs
- Leading employee engagement initiatives
- Providing advice to managers and employees while ensuring legislative compliance
- Overseeing compensation and benefits programs
- Utilizing HR metrics and HRIS reporting to make recommendations
- Providing guidance around health and safety and training initiatives
- A degree in Business and/or Human Resources
- CPHR designation (or actively working towards designation)
- 5 years of progressive related experience with an emphasis on employee relations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to coach and guide leaders across the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems
