This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational marketing knowledge who wants to build hands-on experience in social media, influencer campaigns, and integrated marketing projects. You'll work closely with Account Managers to help bring campaigns to life—contributing to creative ideas, content execution, and strategy—while gaining exposure to all areas of digital marketing in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Reporting to the Senior Account Director, the Digital Account Coordinator will support the delivery and execution of client campaigns, with a focus on social content, project coordination, influencer marketing, and day-to-day campaign logistics. This role offers hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a digital marketing agency and is ideal for someone looking to build a foundational career in account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Client Support
- Assist the Senior Account Director and Account Managers with day-to-day client communication, including preparing agendas, meeting recaps, and project updates.
- Take notes during client and internal meetings and prepare follow-up documentation with support from your team lead.
- Help manage project timelines and deliverables using Monday.com and other internal tools.
- Support internal marketing initiatives, brainstorming ideas and drafting content as needed.
Content Planning & Social Media
- Support the execution of social media content strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Help maintain and update social media calendars in alignment with campaign timelines and client goals.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor content, and share relevant insights with the broader team.
- Assist with community management and day-to-day engagement on client accounts.
Influencer Marketing & UGC Support
- Assist in coordinating influencer outreach, contracts, and content collection.
- Help track deliverables and manage timelines for content reviews and approvals.
Reporting & Analytics
- Assist in gathering metrics and preparing campaign reports under the guidance of your Account Manager.
- Contribute to monthly analytics reviews and help refine strategies based on performance trends.
Paid Media & Campaign Execution
- Support the coordination of paid media campaigns by helping compile briefs, review assets, and track basic performance data.
Production Planning & Shoot Support
- Collaborate with the Creative Producer to assist in project-managing client shoots.
- Help organize and schedule pre-production logistics such as call sheets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Be actively involved in the day-of execution, staying on top of the production flow and working alongside the Creative Producer to ensure shoot success
Creative Studio & Design Project Coordination
- Coordinate timelines and feedback loops between the client and design team, ensuring deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Assist in preparing briefs for design work and gathering reference materials or inspiration to help guide creative development.
- Work with designers and creative leads to manage revisions, approvals, and final file delivery.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams (design, content, paid, etc.) to support the seamless execution of deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with the Senior Account Director and team leads to manage tasks and expectations.
Learning & Development
- Be receptive to mentorship and constructive feedback from account and creative leads.
- Take initiative in developing your knowledge of digital marketing platforms, agency workflows, and client strategy.
- Observe and participate in creative brainstorms and cross-functional meetings to expand your understanding of integrated campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of agency or in-house marketing experience preferred.
- Foundational understanding of social media, digital marketing strategy, and influencer marketing.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a team across multiple projects and priorities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks across multiple clients.
- Proficient in tools like Google Suite and basic social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Meta Business Manager, TikTok).
- Experience with Monday.com, Sprout, Canva, or MailChimp is a bonus, but not required.
