About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to support the development and execution of non-traditional franchise and real estate initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on creative growth strategies, alternative franchising models, and strategic real estate planning.

Key Responsibilities

RFP Management:

  • Research, draft, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to franchise and real estate opportunities
  • Maintain a log of active, submitted, and closed RFPs
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions

Database Creation & Maintenance:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive Non-Traditional Franchise (NT) database, including leads, opportunities, site details, and partner information
  • Organize and update contact information, development timelines, and project notes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Client Communication & Marketing:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients and prospects in the NT database
  • Draft and send professional emails and updates to stakeholders
  • Schedule calls, coordinate meetings, and document action items

Deal Tracking & System Management:

  • Update and manage SAP for deal tracking and pipeline progress
  • Track stages of deal flow, follow up on documentation, and monitor key milestones

Events & Networking:

  • Attend industry shows, expos, and networking events
  • Support event preparation including booth coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Represent the team professionally and capture new lead opportunities

Presentations & Reporting:

  • Be proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals, executive summaries, and internal reports

Research & Support:

  • Conduct market and site research for NT opportunities
  • Support overall project management and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or similar experience in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience with SAP or similar CRM/deal tracking platforms is an asset
  • Comfortable attending events and networking with industry professionals
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Interest or experience in franchising, real estate, or entrepreneurship is a strong asset
