The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in various types of home renovations and can confidently lead a crew while maintaining high-quality workmanship. You'll play a key role in delivering successful projects and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead renovation projects from demo to finish.

Supervise and work alongside a crew of carpenters, laborers, and trades.

Read and interpret construction drawings and scopes of work.

Plan daily tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with subcontractors.

Communicate effectively with clients and management.

Ensure top-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Perform skilled tasks including framing, drywall, flooring, trim work, cabinetry, and general carpentry.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions.

Keep project documentation and progress reports as needed.

Requirements:

5+ years of renovation and carpentry experience (bathrooms, kitchens, basements, additions, etc.).

Proven ability to lead a team and manage residential job sites.

Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods.

Ability to read blueprints and follow plans/specifications.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Own basic tools (company can supply larger/specialized equipment).

Understanding of the Ontario Building Code and permit processes is an asset.
