1. 5+ years of experience in Fullstake developer on large and complex projects
2. Hands on experience on Core and Advanced Java, J2EE, JUnit Automation, JavaScript, Software AG webMethods product suite 9.x, 10.x viz. Integration Server, Designer, Broker, BPM, Terracotta, MWS, Cross Vista and developing web applications and web services
3. Experience creating architecture decisions and confidence to make a recommendation based on established standards and on architecture principles
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to present architecture blueprints to a non-technical audience
5. Advanced knowledge of integration and design patterns and knowledge of architecture principles
6. Good understanding of IT security and its elements (e.g., SAML protocol, encryption algorithm, certificates, various authentication and authorization protocols, auditing best practices)
7. Excellent critical thinking and ability to resolve ambiguities8. Knowledge in creation and management of Non Functional Requirements (e.g., disaster recovery, performance, security etc.)
