Job Description: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Our client is seeking a highly talented and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their executive leadership team. This critical role requires a robust track record of success in organizational management, driving technological innovation, and engaging with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the companys technology vision and strategy.
• Manage and develop the engineering organization to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Drive innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Serve as a key external representative of the company, engaging with stakeholders, partners, and clients to strengthen relationships and promote technological excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in leading large, complex engineering organizations, preferably in fintech.
• Demonstrated expertise in fostering innovation and delivering impactful technological solutions.
• Strong external communication and relationship-building skills.
• Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, such as CTO, VP or SVP of engineeringwith a track record of driving growth and achieving results.
