Job Opportunity: Part-Time Evening Warehouse Cleaner

• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour
  

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Cleaner to join our Mississauga team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and brings prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning. A friendly attitude and strong sense of responsibility are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of common areas, including hallways, entryways, and break areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in both warehouse and office zones, including high-traffic and production areas.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, ledges, equipment, and furniture to maintain cleanliness and reduce allergens.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishment of supplies.
• Maintain kitchen and lunchroom areas, ensuring countertops, sinks, tables, and appliances are clean and sanitized.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling from all designated areas, replacing liners as needed.
• Clean and maintain office areas located within the warehouse, including desks, windows, and floors.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all site-specific cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Use steel toe safety footwear at all times while on duty in the warehouse environment.
  

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Must own or obtain CSA-approved steel toe safety boots/shoes.
