Job Overview:
Were looking for a Client Account Manager whos equal parts relationship builder, strategic thinker, and marketing expert. Youll be the go-to for a portfolio of 15 - 20 clients, helping them navigate their marketing strategies while ensuring their campaigns are delivering real ROI.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Onboarding:

    • Lead month-long onboarding programs, including weekly meetings and presentations, to establish a strong foundation for the client relationship. We already have a kick-ass system and will happily teach it to you.
    • Serve as the leading voice of CAYK during onboarding sessions, even when collaborating with specialists.

Ongoing Client Communication:

    • Provide weekly or bi-weekly updates on campaign performance, addressing client needs and proactively managing concerns.
    • Treat client businesses with the same care as your own, ensuring that their marketing goals are consistently met.
    • Review key client metrics, including leads, purchases, and meeting requests, and provide a performance report to the client.

Strategic Reporting and Planning:

    • Conduct quarterly strategy sessions to review past performance and outline strategy plans for the upcoming quarter.
    • Collaborate with specialists to develop data-driven strategies focused on improving lead generation, conversions, and overall ROI.

Content and Project Oversight:

    • Ensure that all client content is on-brand, conducting topic ideation with your client and maintaining a timely posting schedule with the schedulers.
    • Oversee project deliverables across design, development, and other service areas to ensure clear timelines and client updates.
    • Keep your client informed about the moving parts of their projects.

Team Coordination:

    • Work closely with specialists, schedulers, and the creative director to maintain project momentum and effective communication.
    • Facilitate and track client requests, ensuring that all deliverables meet agreed-upon deadlines.

Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
    • Analyze campaign data to ensure that strategies are aligned with achieving a positive ROI and long-term client success.


What Were Looking For:

  • 2-3 years experience in account management and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and a solid understanding of basic SEO principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a personable yet analytical approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytics and strategic mindset
  • Monday.com experience would be considered an asset.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM; Fridays, 8:30 AM 2:00 PM
  • Weekends and Stat Holidays Off
