What You'll Do: As a Line Cook at Netsui Sushi, you will -
Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes including teppanyaki, bento, tempura, ramen/udon, sushi, and poke bowls.
Ensure all food is prepared to Netsui's high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with airport and provincial regulations.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet the demands of airport travelers.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a kitchen or line cook role; experience with Japanese cuisine is a plus.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and early evenings, and weekends and holidays.
Very important: Ability to obtain and maintain necessary airport security clearances.
