Position Overview

Were seeking a friendly, reliable, professional Showhome Host to welcome potential buyers into our new home sales centers. This role is perfect for someone with hospitality or customer service experience who is ready for something more grounded and growth-oriented. If you love making people feel comfortable, staying organized, and being part of a team that helps buyers find their dream home, this is the shift youve been waiting for.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcomed in the sales center or showhome.
• Answer general inquiries and provide community and home information.
• Book appointments and register visitors in CRM systems.
• Provide home tours and connect guests to the Sales Associate or ASM as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and guest-ready space.
• Track marketing materials, signage, and basic office supplies.
• Assist with weekend events, light administrative support, and data entry.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the brands professionalism and values.

Qualifications

• Personable & Polished You can create a great first impression with confidence and warmth.
• Hospitality Experience Hosting, customer service, or retail experience is preferred.
• Reliable & Organized You show up on time, manage tasks carefully, and stay on top of details.
• Tech-Comfortable Familiar with basic software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, or CRM tools.
• Weekend Availability Youre available Saturdays.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in a showhome or sales center. Youll be expected to work independently during showhome hoursincluding saturdayswhile maintaining a polished, welcoming space and engaging professionally with guests and team members.

Monday Thursday 2:00 pm-8:00 pm

Friday 12:00 pm-5:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am-5:00 pm
