Are you a RECO-registered real estate professional with a passion for helping clients find their dream home? We're looking for a motivated Buyer's Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team at The Lind Realty Team Inc., Brokerage.

This is a commission earning, independent contractor opportunity — perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a structured, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Represent buyer clients throughout the entire home-buying journey

• Schedule property showings and host open houses

• Stay informed on local market conditions and trends

• Draft and present offers and buyer representation agreements

• Engage with warm leads and referrals

• Collaborate with our trusted network of professionals

What We're Looking For:

• Active RECO registration in good standing

• Minimum 5 years' experience working with buyers or in real estate sales

• Excellent communication and client service skills

• Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
