Connect6 Group is looking to add to our expanding team! We are currently looking for Digital Advertisement: Sales Advisor – Mobile & Home Internet who will be responsible for conducting direct to consumer marketing through sales.

Our team of Call Center/Telesales agents will be sales-oriented people. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Advertisement: Sales Advisor – Mobile & Home Internet to join our team. As a Digital Advertisement: Sales Advisor – Mobile & Home Internet handling warm leads, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients who have shown prior interest in our digital advertising services (e.g., through Facebook Ads). Your goal is to build rapport, qualify prospects, and schedule consultations or close entry-level service deals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact and follow up with warm leads via phone

• Identify customer needs and qualify them for our services.

• Set appointments for the sales team or close deals, depending on campaign goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets (calls made, leads converted, appointments set).

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and improve conversion rates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recent University/College graduates with aligned majors Business/Commerce/ Marketing Etc.

• Younger candidate out of university/college - career oriented

• Prior sales experience or Telemarketing experience

• Ability to handle outbound calls in a professional manner.

• Ability to handle rejection and objections.

• Experience selling home security products.

• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

• Ability and willingness to learn about the specifications and benefits of products and services.

• Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Strong convincing ability

Compensation:

• Competitive salary + commission structure.

• Starting base wage of $18 per hour plus commission

• The average earnings are $23 per hour
