Brown's Auto Supply is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering automotive paints, materials, and equipment to customers across Ontario. Your work will help ensure timely, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service, supporting the success of our logistics and warehouse operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Preparation & Delivery- Pick, pack, and load customer orders accurately.
- Deliver products safely and on schedule.
- Double-check orders before departure to ensure accuracy.
- Provide courteous and professional service during deliveries.
- Communicate with customers to confirm deliveries and address any concerns.
- Represent Brown's Auto Supply with a positive attitude.
- Drive company vehicles safely and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
- Handle hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and keep vehicles clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with loading/unloading and organizing inventory.
- Support the warehouse team with general logistics tasks.
- Help troubleshoot delivery or inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery.
- Report any delays, vehicle issues, or customer feedback.
- Notify management of inventory shortages or delivery challenges.
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Ontario road safety and hazardous materials handling.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
