Job Description

This Territory Manager position is a regular full-time position and is located in the St-John's, NL region.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Support and guide associate store owners in all aspects of their business
  • Develop and grow the sales and distribution network in your territory, and the NAPA auto parts partner network
  • Implement, promote and follow up on NAPA programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers
  • Promote our programs to ensure maximum adherence: plan sales efforts with dedicated sales force and collaborate with Banner Coordinators to increase market penetration
  • Hold regular business reviews with store managers.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Sales and business development skills with good budget and analytical experience
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Recognize the value of working with your team
  • A strong attention to detail & processes following
  • Having great interpersonal skills, such as reliability, positivity & communication, is a MUST!
  • Are flexible in their availability for work
  • Can act as a Business Partner with our Associate Store Owners
  • Can advise and support the associate store owner in operating & developing their business
  • Can build and maintain solid relationships
  • Must be able to work independently and results results-oriented
