Role Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative - Central Region (Saskatchewan) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent innovative Titan products and solutions while working directly with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver exceptional value and build lasting relationships. Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and promote the Titan brand products to contractors, owners and the engineering/consulting community (Central Region Saskatchewan).
- Work with Business Development Manager (Central Region) to arrange Titan Talks within Saskatchewan.
- Travel territory as required.
- Attend trade shows when required.
- Review tender documents and technical drawings and complete take-offs when necessary to prepare proposals and estimates based on project specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Titan systems/database Hubspot CRM, NetSuite.
- Work closely with the Central Region team to achieve sales targets.
- Look for opportunities within the region for growth.
- Maintain professionalism, tact, and diplomacy to represent the company in a positive manner.

Qualifications
- Diploma in business, marketing or related field considered an asset.
- 2 5 years of sales experience in a related industry.
- Previous experience in the construction, civil engineering or geosynthetics industry is considered an asset.
- CPSA certificate is an asset.
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, new technologies, and evolving client needs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Other Information
- This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There may be opportunities for overtime, particularly during the peak construction season and depending on project demands/scheduling needs.
- Report to the Branch Manager Emerald Park, Saskatchewan.
- Wage will depend on qualifications.
