Are you passionate about helping people find the perfect vehicle and delivering an outstanding customer experience?

Join our team as a Sales Consultant at Progressive Ford, where you'll represent the trusted and innovative Ford brand while helping clients find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.

What You'll Do:

  1. Customer Experience: Deliver a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable experience that reflects Ford's reputation for quality and dependability.
  2. Needs-Based Consultation: Take time to understand each customer's needs to recommend the best Ford vehicle and features.
  3. Sales Journey Support: Manage the full sales process—from first contact through vehicle delivery—ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for the customer.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on Ford's vehicle lineup, technology, and special programs to confidently guide customer decisions.
  5. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships through great service and consistent follow-up.
  6. Teamwork: Collaborate with your teammates and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and dealership success.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service—automotive experience can be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Drive, ambition, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
  • A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to grow and learn.
  • OMVIC license or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Ontario G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday (with a day off during the week).
