We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Team Leader to head up our operations in British Columbia. This is an entrepreneurial role suited for a self-motivated professional ready to lead by example and lay the foundation for future expansion.

What You'll Do:

• Represent and grow our real estate brand in British Columbia

• Drive personal sales performance to generate consistent commission-based income

• Set the stage for future team building, operations, and territory development (no hiring at this time)

• Collaborate with leadership to establish processes, market strategies, and brand visibility

• Serve as the local expert and liaison for clients, partners, and prospects

What You Bring:

• Active real estate license in British Columbia

• Proven track record in real estate sales

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
