This position is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing freight bills based on approved pricing. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics or distribution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Review freight bills and compare them to system accruals for approval
• Investigate discrepancies and make necessary adjustments before invoicing
• Serve as a liaison between the company and customers to ensure timely and accurate audits
• Maintain organized documentation for annual audits
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or a similar field
• Strong customer service skills and ability to respond to inquiries effectively
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
