Summary:

Our Human Resources team is looking for an ambitious Student to join us for a summer term. This role will provide overall support to the HR team, that includes recruiting support, pre-employment, assisting with HR updates and communications, and other general HR administrative support.
Schedule:

• This position holds normal business hours, Monday to Friday, based out of our downtown Calgary corporate office.
• This is a temporary summer term from June to August 2025.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as well as day-to-day support with internal systems and processes.
• Assist with continuous HR updates and communications.
• Provide assistance updating HRIS, ATS, and career website.
• Support Talent Acquisition with screening resumes, editing job details, and scheduling interviews as needed.
• Other projects and tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in post-secondary education with a focus on Human Resources studies or other related programs.
• Tech-savvy with proficient computer skills, in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communicator both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service skills.
