Sales Support Representative – Eastern Canada (Remote | Bilingual)

We're currently seeking a Sales Support Representative to support our Eastern Canada territory. In this role, you'll be the critical link between our sales managers, dealer network, and internal teams—ensuring smooth quoting, order processing, and continuous process improvements. What You'll Do

As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you'll:

  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and dealers across Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland.
  • Generate accurate quotes and detailed approval drawings based on RSM input.
  • Obtain and communicate freight quotes to support pricing.
  • Prepare and issue drawing packages to ensure timely dealer approvals.
  • Organize and maintain complete, up-to-date quote folders.
  • Process orders, issue acknowledgments, and track sales documentation through to completion.
  • Ensure CRM and ERP systems are accurately updated with product, dealer, and prospect information.
  • Help onboard and support dealers with system changes and updates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process reviews, and internal training programs.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual in English and French (required).
  • Previous experience in sales operations, order processing, or customer support—preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—written, verbal, and virtual.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Travel Requirements

  • Quarterly travel to Hörmann Canada's Head Office in Barrie, Ontario is required.
