We're on the hunt for a Sous Chef who's equal parts culinary artist, fearless leader, and behind-the-scenes hero. If you thrive in fast-paced kitchens, know your béchamel from your beurre blanc, and love shouting “Yes, Chef!” (even when you are the chef), keep reading.
What You'll Be Doing:Leading the line like a rockstar during service
Supporting the Executive Chef with planning, prep, and all the delicious in-betweens
Training and motivating kitchen staff so they chop like ninjas and season like pros
Keeping standards sky-high and the kitchen spotless (well, mostly spotless — we are cooking, after all)
Making sure our guests are wowed by every plate that leaves the pass
What You Bring to the Table:
A deep love for food and at least 3 years of kitchen experience (bonus points for fine dining or resort experience)
Leadership chops and a team-first attitude
Solid organizational skills — you can juggle knives and schedules
A cool head, even under pressure (and trust us, there will be pressure)
Red Seal certification or equivalent training preferred
