AO Globe Life is growing, and we're seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new policyholders through a seamless, supportive onboarding experience. If you excel at communication, follow-up, and building trust — we want to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and onboard new clients via Zoom, phone, or email

  • Walk clients through their policy benefits and next steps

  • Ensure all documents are completed and submitted properly

  • Answer client questions and provide reassurance

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions
