We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyers to join our dynamic legal team. One position focuses on Family Law, while the other specializes in Personal Injury cases. These roles provide an exciting opportunity to work with clients throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTAH), offering legal expertise and guidance in critical matters.

Position Overview

• Family Law Junior Lawyer: Handle cases related to divorce, child custody, support agreements, and other family-related legal matters.
• Personal Injury Junior Lawyer: Represent clients involved in personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, and insurance disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Assist with case preparation and litigation strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Work collaboratively with senior lawyers to ensure high-quality legal support

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience is required
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree
• Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
