About the RoleWe're looking for an Production Associate to join the Arrivals Inspector department to inspect and process incoming vehicles. You'll check each vehicle as it arrives, document its condition, and flag any issues—ensuring every car meets Clutch's quality standards before it reaches a customer.
What You'll DoInspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues
Identify problems and report anything that falls outside our standards
Move, start, and park vehicles on the lot as needed
Log inspection results using checklists and software
Communicate with the reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams
Help prioritize vehicle flow through service and delivery stages
Troubleshoot minor vehicle issues when needed
Keep your work area clean and follow safety procedures
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow processes and take direction
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Basic automotive knowledge or interest in learning
Valid G2 (or higher) driver's license with a clean abstract
Able to drive automatic; manual is a plus
Comfortable using a tablet or basic computer tools
Reliable and willing to support your team where needed
Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehousing
Familiar with Google Sheets or similar tools
Can drive manual transmission vehicles
