Job Posting: Project Manager (Part-Time) Digital Shared Services (Healthcare Sector)
Location: Onsite in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Overview:
Shared Health is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the Digital Shared Services initiative. This project is focused on transforming healthcare delivery through improved information and communication technology (ICT) systems. The successful candidate will help implement efficient and effective ICT processes across the provincial health sector.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex healthcare technology and business process projects
Create and manage budgets, allocate resources, and manage project interdependencies
Oversee the strategy and delivery of a large project management office (PMO) in a public sector environment
Provide leadership in both project and program management roles for large-scale healthcare projects
Manage the implementation of bilingual, 24x7 healthcare contact centres, including all phases from planning to launch
Collaborate with Canada Health Infoway to review and establish effective project delivery processes in a healthcare setting
Qualifications:
Valid PROSCI Change Management Certification (must be included with application)
Certification in PRINCE2 Programme Management (Managing Successful Programmes - MSP) preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on technology, business, and process change in complex sectors (e.g., healthcare, financial services, or public sector)
At least 6 years of experience leading a large PMO in the public sector
Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects within a healthcare organization
Minimum 3 years of experience leading the implementation of bilingual, 24x7 contact centres for healthcare organizations
At least 1 year of experience working with Canada Health Infoway on healthcare project processes and delivery standards
