Patron Career Staffing Canada is currently seeking skilled and reliable Raymond Reach Operators to join our warehouse team in Delta, BC. Your attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and strong work ethic will contribute significantly to the smooth and efficient operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Raymond Reach forklift to move goods and materials safely within the warehouse

  • Load and unload delivery trucks

  • Stack and store merchandise in designated locations

  • Perform inventory control activities including counting and verifying stock

  • Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks on forklifts and clamp trucks as per safety regulations

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid forklift operator certification

  • 2–3 years of proven experience operating a Raymond Reach forklift in a warehouse setting

  • Strong understanding of warehouse distribution and logistics processes

  • Basic math skills for inventory management

  • Mechanical aptitude to perform routine equipment maintenance

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry out physically demanding tasks

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
