As demand grows, we're looking for an experienced Flooring Installer with a background in basement renovations to join our team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Flooring Installer to handle a variety of flooring types commonly used in basement projects, including vinyl plank, laminate, tile, and carpet. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of moisture management, subfloor prep, and overall basement renovation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install flooring materials with precision and care

• Prepare subfloors, including leveling and moisture barriers

• Work independently or with a crew to complete jobs on schedule

• Maintain clean and safe job sites

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Follow all safety and building code regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of flooring installation experience, preferably in basements

• Familiarity with various flooring types and installation techniques

• Ability to assess and address subfloor and moisture issues

• Reliable transportation and tools

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Experience with full basement renovations

• Basic carpentry or framing knowledge

• WSIB and liability insurance (for contractors)
