About the Role
- Provide comprehensive legal administrative support to a team of litigation lawyers
- Prepare and manage legal documents such as pleadings, motion records, factums, and affidavits in compliance with court rules
- Coordinate court filings (physical and electronic) and liaise with courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies
- Manage litigation calendars, including court dates, deadlines, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with document production, including e-Discovery support and the organization of voluminous case materials
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

What You Bring
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in civil litigation; experience with regulatory tribunals or professional discipline matters is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Ontario court rules and procedures, including familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable tribunal regulations
- Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
