Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the day-to-day functions of the manufacturing lab, ensuring smooth workflow and achievement of production targets - Conduct quality checks on optical components and finished products - Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot optical manufacturing equipment - Provide training, performance management, and support to lab technicians - Manage job flow to meet production targets and collaborate with customer service to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries - Liaise with stores and labs to resolve product quality disputes, handle special orders, and log IT issues as needed Requirements: - Licensed Optician - Basic Computer skills: Windows, internet browsers, email, Excel, Word etc. - Excellent communication skills in English are required to read, write, and communicate - Previous edging and glazing experience.
