We are a privately owned Toronto-based team of 40, led by a small leadership group with backgrounds from large advertising agency networks. Having been appointed to the Globe & Mails list of Canadas Top Growing Companies, Other. is experiencing rapid growth and making key strategic hires to support that momentum.

Our physical headquarters is located steps from Union Station, along with another satellite office in downtown Ottawa. We operate on a permanent flexible hybrid model, with essential in-person time currently limited to monthly team meetings or in-person client meetings.

WHAT YOUD BE UP TO

In this role, youll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, becoming their go-to partner. Youll lead client communications, manage day-to-day requests, and collaborate with our performance marketing, creative and planning teams to help clients hit their paid media goals. Reporting into a Director of Client Services, youll play a key role in driving client growth and satisfaction.

Our Client Services team serves as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, managing client briefs and always-on campaign efforts and ensuring the execution of efforts (and our results for clients) are top quality. Its a dynamic, client-facing role that requires positive energy, a strategic and performance-driven mindset, with super sharp organizational skills.

THE WORK

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Managing daily client communications, requests, and project updates.
  • Running quarterly planning sessions and business reviews, while holding regular status meetings focused on performance and next steps.
  • Leading key meetings and presentations, both internally and with clients.
  • Owning timelines, deliverables, and ensuring flawless project management from briefing to execution.
  • Collaborating with internal specialists to align on strategy and ensure campaigns are on track to hit targets.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to grow client business or improve outcomes.
  • Working with junior team members to execute on initiatives, while also providing mentor and training.
  • Raising roadblocks or cross-functional challenges to your Associate Director/Director and working together to solve them.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Were looking for someone who:

  • Has 25 years of experience in a digital media agency or media vendor environment, in a client-facing role.
  • Has strong communication and presentation skills confident leading client conversations and talking to performance marketing campaigns.
  • Thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering results.
  • Has a solid understanding of digital media channels and campaign execution experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video/Online Video, Programmatic a huge asset, experience in channels like TV, Radio, OOH would also be plus.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing projects and deadlines.
  • Is a collaborative team player, excited to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
