We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Representative for Eastern Canada. This remote role will support the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and dealers across Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland. The successful candidate will play a key role in the quoting and order processing cycle, while also contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Travel:
Quarterly travel to HCI Head Office in Ontario required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily sales support in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Generate quotes and approval drawings for dealers based on input from the RSMs.
Obtain freight quotes as needed.
Prepare and issue approval drawings to dealers and RSMs.
Maintain organized and accurate quote folders, ensuring all required information is collected for order processing.
Process orders and distribute order acknowledgments to dealers and RSMs.
Support implementation and feedback for new systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update product information in Synergy and Macola.
Enter new prospects into Synergy and maintain up-to-date dealer contact information.
Participate in internal training programs to stay current with product and process knowledge.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and French (required).
Experience in sales support or administrative roles, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (experience with Synergy and Macola is an asset).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
