Position: Sales Support Specialist

We're recruiting a Sales Support Specialist for a fast-growing company in the safety and construction product space. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting sales teams, and being a key point of contact for clients and field staff.
No prior industry experience is required — just great communication skills, reliability, and the desire to grow your career from the ground up.
RequirementsWhat You'll Be Doing:
Act as the go-to support for the sales team — answering client questions, troubleshooting order issues, and ensuring a smooth sales-to-installation process.

• Follow up with field installers to confirm delivery, resolve product concerns, and ensure clients are satisfied post-sale.
  
• Keep records of client interactions, support requests, and next steps to help keep the team aligned.
  
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound client calls and emails — you're the friendly voice that keeps things moving.
  
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks, client communications, and coordination between departments.
  

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service, office admin, or inside sales support experience is ideal — especially in a fast-paced setting.
  
• A natural communicator who can juggle multiple priorities and stay organized.
  
• Comfortable working full-time in-office in Concord and collaborating with team members face-to-face.
  

Bonus: Bilingual in French and English — not required, but very helpful.
