What You'll Do:

Surface Preparation: Sand, mask, and prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, ensuring all areas are clean and properly prepped for a high-quality finish.

Attention to Detail: Identify and correct minor surface imperfections such as scratches, chips, and small dents before vehicles move into the paint booth.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with body technicians and painters to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold repair timelines.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all prep work follows industry safety standards and meets internal quality expectations.

Workplace Maintenance: Keep tools, equipment, and prep areas clean, organized, and in proper working condition.

Skill Development: Stay current with best practices, new materials, and evolving prep techniques to improve quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in automotive refinishing or auto body prep (preferred)
• Knowledge of sanding, taping, masking, priming, and surface preparation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or in a team setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
