Roles and Responsibilities
Always conduct business with integrity, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and ethical behavior.
Oversee and lead operations across a portfolio of properties within a designated region.
Partner with the Regional Director to establish and communicate organizational objectives.
Ensure company and client expectations are consistently achieved.
Supervise cross-property teams, promoting best practices and maintaining operational excellence.
Drive continuous improvement and uphold quality standards in property management procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Offer guidance and support in resolving operational challenges or concerns.
Foster strong, cooperative relationships with Boards of Directors and internal departments.
Perform routine property inspections, noting areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
Stay informed of updates to laws, policies, and regulations, and ensure the team is appropriately briefed.
Organize staff training sessions to implement new or revised procedures as needed.
Qualifications and Background
Possession of a valid and active General or Limited License.
At least two years of experience managing condominiums or related properties.
Proficient in commercial property financial management, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.
Knowledge of building operations, including maintenance, engineering, and construction, is considered a valuable asset.
