Roles and Responsibilities

  • Always conduct business with integrity, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and ethical behavior.

  • Oversee and lead operations across a portfolio of properties within a designated region.

  • Partner with the Regional Director to establish and communicate organizational objectives.

  • Ensure company and client expectations are consistently achieved.

  • Supervise cross-property teams, promoting best practices and maintaining operational excellence.

  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold quality standards in property management procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

  • Offer guidance and support in resolving operational challenges or concerns.

  • Foster strong, cooperative relationships with Boards of Directors and internal departments.

  • Perform routine property inspections, noting areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.

  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment.

  • Stay informed of updates to laws, policies, and regulations, and ensure the team is appropriately briefed.

  • Organize staff training sessions to implement new or revised procedures as needed.

Qualifications and Background

  • Possession of a valid and active General or Limited License.

  • At least two years of experience managing condominiums or related properties.

  • Proficient in commercial property financial management, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting.

  • Knowledge of building operations, including maintenance, engineering, and construction, is considered a valuable asset.
