Our client, a global leader in offering plant processing solutions and process control is seeking for a Process Manager with a strong background in Flotation to join their well-performing team.

The successful individual will have a background in operations and consulting, with the majority in operations. The projects are mainly focused on base metals, with some work in precious metals.

To excel in this role, it is important that you are able to multi-task and can work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Travel internationally to client sites
• Ongoing account management of existing clientele
• Understanding of cradle to grave projects, such as scoping and bench scale testing, though to commissioning
• Client engagement, and management of the implementation of projects
• Inception and generation of novel concepts to ensure client success
• Team leadership and ongoing mentorship

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mineral Processing/Extractive Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience, with 2 years in a principal or managerial capacity
• Strong command of excel (advanced user), including index match, and/or, IF-statements, as well as working knowledge of pivot tables and macro functionality
• Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Valid Canadian work permit/ citizenship
