• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, improve cost-efficiency, and optimize return.

• Monitor product and campaign performance, recommending and initiating strategic changes based on data.

• Execute hands-on configuration of internal systems to support player segmentation, campaigns, and feature deployments.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate user acquisition, monetization, and engagement strategies.

• Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights that inform product development and business direction.

• A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a closely related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or system strategy roles, ideally in gaming, tech, or entertainment.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets to derive insights.

• Excellent communication—you make data approachable and decisions easier to make.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and optimizing performance.
