Day in the Life

As an E-commerce Agent at Grill Hero, you will be a key player in our online order operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding customer support every step of the way. From verifying and entering customer orders to coordinating inventory and shipping logistics, your role is essential to delivering a seamless and satisfying e-commerce experience. You'll manage inbound and outbound communications, oversee order fulfillment, and proactively address potential issues with professionalism and attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to maintaining high standards of customer care and operational excellence.

What We Expect:

Core Responsibilities

  • Order Entry & Verification: Accurately enter customer orders into the system, confirming order details, payment information, and shipping addresses to ensure data integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels; proactively communicate potential shortages or restocking needs to the appropriate teams.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, labeling, and preparation of customer orders for shipment.
  • Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping processes by scheduling pickups, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle inbound customer inquiries and make outbound calls as needed to confirm orders, provide updates, or resolve issues, always delivering a professional and helpful customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in order fulfillment and supply chain management.
  • Class G Valid driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Comfortable using computers, order management systems, and basic software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional setting.
