Summit Search Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Human Resources team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle and partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier talent. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, enhancing the employer brand, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process from intake meetings through to offer acceptance, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop job postings, screen candidates, and facilitate interviews and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process, welcoming new hires with a thoughtful, brand-aligned experience that reflects Johnston Groups inclusive culture.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking events, and targeted outreach to passive candidates.
- Represent Johnston Group at career fairs and networking events, building relationships with post-secondary institutions and community partners to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, using data insights to improve hiring strategies and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in full-cycle, strategic recruitment.
- RPR and/or CPHR designation (or actively working towards one).
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for specialized roles across multiple disciplines.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including engaging passive talent through advanced search techniques.
