What Our Client is Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Corporate Law Clerk, with a focus on corporate/commercial transactions.

  • Deep knowledge of business purchases/sales, corporate reorganizations, and professional corporations.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with legal software like Appara is a plus.

  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for excellence.
