Pay Rate: $31.03/Hour
Role Mandate:
- The Critical Application Support Specialist is responsible for logical and physical access provisioning and user administration functions for the business unit.
- This role provides support, guidance and advice for all supported applications.
- Provides a variety of general support services and tasks to support the business group.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate delivery of business objectives in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and controls.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for access provisioning and administration functions for critical applications including documentation, password resets and unlocks
- Provision equipment as well as systems access for AML Group
- Liaise with internal stakeholders from various lines of business to ensure their requests are completed, and the appropriate action is taken
- On a rotating basis cover the team mailbox, and ensure the appropriate parties are looped in, and any necessary action is taken.
Must-Have Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 to 4 years experience required in a similar role
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task efficiently and respond to requests in a prompt manner.,
- Must be able to manage deliverables, prioritize tasks and demonstrate quality documentation and consistent execution
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage one's time
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience with SharePoint/Power Apps Tools
