What Youll Do

• Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable
• Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close procedures
• Support invoice processing, vendor tracking, and expense analysis
• Prepare internal reports and organize financial documentation
• Take on special finance-related projects as needed

What You Bring

• Enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, or Business program
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset
• Willingness/Understanding to learn tools like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar
• Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality
