In this role, you will provide exceptional service across various platforms including phone, email, and social media. You'll be the voice of the brand, helping brides and retailers with inquiries, order updates, and product information.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and social media.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.

• Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends.

• Actively engage with customers on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok as part of the social media team.

• Use strong communication skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• Assist with general administrative and support tasks as needed within the customer service department.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the fashion or wedding gown industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.

• Tech-savvy with solid computer and social media skills.

• Knowledge or experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.

• Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
