Overlanders Manufacturing is looking to hire a full-time general labour to work on our production line on our Afternoon Shift.
This is a repetitive job, requiring self-monitoring to achieve goals. Some duties may include, riveting, tapping, pemming, deburring, and product assembling using basic hand tools. Experience in a production setting is an asset but not a requirement. The successful candidates should have good dexterity, a strong work ethic and be willing to learn new skills. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow assembly instructions and diagrams accurately.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Identify and report any issues or defects in materials or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.

Employment Details:

• Starting Wage: $21 per hour + $1.5 per hour shift premium.
• Monday to Thursday, 4:15 pm to 2:15 am (10-hour shift) plus opportunity for overtime.
• Location: Near Mt Lehman exit off of highway one.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
• You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained.
• Ability to follow English written and spoken directions.
