What You Will Do
The Manager, Business Development is accountable for leading and overseeing a team of Business Development Representatives to develop a healthy funnel of leads and develop the team members into knowledgeable RLDatix sales professionals, equipped for growth within the NAM go-to-market team. This role also plays a pivotal role in the growth of RLDatix. Your leadership will help drive new opportunities for our business, expanding our growth and furthering our customers in the advancement of safer healthcare practices in alignment with RLDatix's mission to enable safe and efficient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with clear targets tied to inbound and outbound activities, ultimately growing a funnel of qualified leads.
· Partner closely with Business Development functions across other areas of RLDatix to develop and refine best practices for high growth results
· Coach team members on SaaS sales cycle and best practices in business development, lead qualification, and pipeline generation
· Develop team members in business acumen, territory management, and sales methodology, aligned to the Miller Heiman approach
Qualifications:
· 5+ years in SaaS go-to-market teams such as sales or marketing, experiences within healthcare industry is preferred
· 2+ years in team management with proven coaching results
· Experience in coaching and developing entry-level talent is an asset
· Excellent communications skills with strong business acumen
· Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and marketing
· In-depth knowledge of the SaaS sales methodology, exposure or experience with Miller Heiman approach is an asset
· Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and HubSpot is an asset
