Must Skills: Auth0, Okta, IAM, MFA, SSO
Description:
•Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in technology application support and/or technology operations
•Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in supporting Customer IAM applications and systems (Auth0, Okta, Pingfed etc.)
•Good understanding of IAM concepts - authentication, MFA, SSO, etc.
•Strong experience in thorough log and root cause analysis, using a variety of tools like vendor / CIAM platforms, Splunk, etc.
•Experience with IT Service Management (incident, problem, change, configuration, asset, knowledge, and service level).
•Display a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (L3 Engineering, L1 Business, etc.) and lead teams toward resolution.
