• Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and disinfecting of offices, lunchrooms, entryways, washrooms, and other common areas.
• Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Handle garbage and recycling removal, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the exterior building entrance.
• Report any damage, maintenance issues, or vandalism to the appropriate personnel.
• Safely handle and store cleaning products and materials while maintaining inventory levels.
• Complete logbook entries and required trainings as necessary.

Requirements:

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable handling cleaning products and operating basic cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
