Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional business relationship with consumers and potential new clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to better promote and sell service packages to customers directly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Review product knowledge on a daily basis to stay current on any new sales promotions or deals we may be offering to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop personalized solutions tailored to meet each client's specific needs and requirements.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our services.
- Input customer information into our system accurately and efficiently while upholding the confidentiality standards we expect from our Account Manager Trainees.
Desired Skills / Knowledge We Look For An Account Manager Trainee To Have:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
