Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the vehicle repair process and can write comprehensive estimates to ensure our customers and their vehicles are taken care of. The successful candidate can expect to earn a base salary between $52,000 and $67,000, plus incentives. Skilled Estimators can earn between $750 and $1500 each month in incentives!

Ideal Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience working as a collision estimator.
- ICBC certification or experience working on ICBC claims is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communications skills with the ability to use tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers, employees, and insurance partners.
- Results-driven with exceptional planning, organization, and execution skills.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License
