Were seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join our vibrant team in Kamloops, BC. Our restaurant group operates 12 locations across British Columbia and is continuing to grow. What Youll Do

• Take an active leadership role during all operating hours to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage programs, and brand consistency
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing team training to build product knowledge
• Manage HR responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget goals
• Build strong relationships with guests and help increase guest check averages
• Balance daily cash and meet labor and operational targets

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Excellent guest service, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills and administrative capabilities
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality operations
• Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
• First Aid, Serving It Right, and Food Safe certifications preferred but not required
