What You'll Do:

✅ Recruit, mentor, and develop new insurance agents
✅ Oversee sales performance and help agents meet targets
✅ Support agents with training on products, sales techniques, and compliance
✅ Build relationships with clients and ensure top-tier service
✅ Drive business growth through sales strategies and community outreach

What We're Looking For:

✔️background in team leadership or insurance sales is a plus
✔️ Strong coaching and motivational skills
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
